Fulltone OCD V4 Les Paul – Part 1
www.proguitarshop.com -This is the Fulltone OCD version 4. The Obsessive Compulsive Drive pedal is the perfect mate for a great tube amp. If you're lucky enough to own a Vox AC15 or a Marshall JTM45 and have a place where you can turn it up all the way, then you have an idea of what the Fulltone OCD is capable of. Plug in the OCD pedal, lay into a bar chord, and you will hear multiple layers of rich harmonic overtones in addition to the fundamental tone. This is not a subtle effect, these are beautiful ringing feedback tones that can be easily discerned and even sung if you have good ears! The Full Tone OCD produces classic tones you've heard on records by Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, Hendrix, AC and others. Roll back your guitar's volume knob and you'll have access to a whole myriad of gorgeous tones, including shimmering, spanking, full range clean sounds. The OCD pedal allows your guitar's natural tones to bloom, so your Strat will still sound like a Strat, and your vintage Les Paul will still sound like a vintage Les Paul. Overdrive and distortion pedals have always been something of a compromise in comparison to a great guitar amp cranked to the "sweet spot". Feel, tone, and harmonics often fall by the wayside when an overdrive pedal is plugged into the front end of a great amp, until now. Check out a Fulltone OCD at Proguitarshop.com and see what a great overdrive pedal can be!

this or ibanez turbo tube screamer
at 0:26 the volume pot changes the position , without being touched!
Please don't buy the Marshall MG. (if thats what it is).
indeed!!! wtf???
The Who FTW in the opener
Paul Gilbert uses this pedal… good enough for me.
Get the V3. I've owned all 4 versions and 3 is the best imo. 1 and 2 are good, 3 is great, and 4 is a muddy factory of mudddd.
This isnt v4…v4 is way different from 1,2,1and3
It's V4, read our previous comments please.
Andy is the man, not like Jason Spencer jajajaj
this…
I think so, most pedals now a days are true bypass… and I've seen it range from 150-220 bucks… so it's not that cheap…
I agree to a degree(ha that rhymes! lol) but, it does give a little more grit though. I use the hardwire tube overdrive and it does just as good as this and more IMO.
Really?! …..I still like my tone though. but PG is THE man. nuff said-ya dig. lol
@rodrigozamo haha Jason Spencer….
@rodrigozamo what does jajajaj mean???
They retail for $135. If you pay more than that (in the US) you're overpaying. I got my V4 used for $125 shipped.
if you did over pay, you are still a lucky man because this is one juicy OD
jaja, means haha,,, but usally people from like spain use jaja insteed of haha.
is this an Overdrive or Distortion?
I've had this pedal for about 4 months now, and I have to say, it will really nail classic rock tones, much like Andy highlighted here(The Who/AC/DC/Allman Bros… See the versatility?) I've used it through a 70's Randall SS amp/Flextone III and Twin Reverb R.I. It delivers the goods CONSTANTLY with appropriate tweaks pending setup&guitar. It is a professional piece of equipment & w/ My Kelley BD-2, I get all the etheral distortion & Clean Boost I need! Hope this helps!
hahaha i loved y our wanton song version that was awesome andy great demo i think im gonna get that pedal
@XmakkuX od
OCD = Obsessive Compulsive Drive. So it's and OD
Ive owned about 10 OD pedals since i purchased my V4 last year, and the only thilng better…. is V3.
BUT nothing comes close to the tone of the OCD.
